Thai/Vietnamese Dipping Sauce


  • 3 tbsp Thai/Vietnamese fish sauce
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar (or to taste)
  • 3 tbsp warm water
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2-4 hot chillies (depending on your taste), thinly sliced
  • fresh coriander

Combine all of the ingredients and divide between small bowls, depending on the number of guests!
