Stew

  • 1kg round steak, cut into large pieces
  • 3 chicken stock cubes
  • 2 tbsp chef brown sauce
  • 6 celery
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tbsp bovril
  • 1 tsp salt
  • black pepper
  • 3 litres water

Simmer for 2 hours

Add potatoes and simmer for 30 mins or until cooked

2 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp bisto

5 mins
